How does Institution Workspace pricing work?
Institution capacity is designed around staff, concurrent participants, shared storage and AI usage rather than forcing every organization into the same fixed footprint. The configured billing screen shows the exact entitlement package before purchase.
Is Quiyo a marketplace?
No. Plans and credits purchase access to proprietary Quiyo software supplied directly by Xyberverse Nexus. Users cannot sell quizzes, charge other users, earn commissions, or receive payouts. Public quizzes are shared free of charge.
What is included in the free trial?
The three-day free trial includes 80 welcome AI credits and limited access to the creation and publishing workflow. Any recurring price, trial end date, and first payment date are displayed at checkout before you confirm.
What is the difference between Studio and Pro?
Studio supports up to 30 public quiz publications per month and 100 questions per quiz. Pro raises those allowances to 150 publications and 500 questions per quiz, with substantially more monthly AI credits.
Can I buy additional AI credits?
Yes. One-time credit bundles can be added when you need more AI processing. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are used only inside Quiyo.
How do subscriptions renew and cancel?
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel through the billing-management link provided with your purchase or through the relevant app store. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
What is the refund policy?
Eligibility depends on the payment channel, applicable law, and the circumstances of the purchase. Review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
